Located within the Mosi oa Tunya National Park, only four kilometres from the areas number one attraction - the Victoria Falls, and close to the town of Livingstone.

What is there to do?

The Waterfront in Livingstone is at the epicentre of great activities at and wildlife areas. The world renown Chobe National Park which is home to an array of wildlife is an easy hour transfer away and Vic Falls Zimbabwe only a short hop across the border. The Victoria Falls Waterfront has long been an adventure hub from where many top adventure activities begin and end. Zambezi Sunset Cruises depart daily as do white river rafting, speed boat river adventures, canoe safaris and cultural excursions. Ideally positioned to take advantage of all the many other adventure activities and safari destinations that are on offer in the area.

Choose from various accommodation options to suit different budgets. The Riverfront, Garden and Family rooms are roomy and have their own verandahs on which to relax. The new compact Adventure rooms offer modern en suite comforts and great value for money, while the ultra affordable Adventure Tents are for those just wanting a comfortable bed to sleep in. All the rooms other than Adventure tents are air-conditioned.
