Sekoma Island Lodge is situated only 95kms West of Livingstone on the upper Zambezi. Come and hunt your trophy tiger fish on the mighty Zambezi River. Sekoma Lodge and its sister lodge, Ilombe Island Lodge, can accommodate a total of 30 people in 15 chalets. The Lodge offers one boat and guide for every chalet to ensure your fishing comfort and success.
Our part of the river boasts the famous Mambova Rapids which is renowned for it’s multitude and size of fish. Fishing excursions are done using our speed boats and inflatable guided canoes which are ideal for negotiating around the rapids. We cater for all types of fishermen (and women!) and our main aim is to get you onto good fish from the minute you arrive to when you leave. We live for the bite of the tiger……

Special note:
South African residents and any guests travelling back to South Africa will require a yellow fever certificate as of 1 July 2011. A yellow fever injection can be obtained at most travel clinics and should be done at least 10 days prior to travel.
