We will require an email confirming the package and dates you wish to travel together with the full names of the people travelling as the names appear in the passport.

Once all the travel details confirmed from the service providers we will send you an invoice with our full details indicated.

Flights require payment within 24 hours of making the booking. We will require a deposit of approximately 50% of the total cost of the flight within 24 hours in order to secure the flights. Once flights are paid they are non refundable.

The balance is payable 1 month prior to travel

When full payment has been made we will send your e-tickets & travel vouchers to you. If you prefer they can collected from our offices.

Guests from outside of Africa may be met at Johannesburg OR Tambo airpport as required.

Payments can be made EFT, TT (telegraphic transfer) or direct deposit into our account.
