Good morning Natalie,
I would like you to know that Megan was a great assistance to me with booking my trip. Superb customer service!
I am traveling to South Africa to participate in a Habitat for Humanity build in Lesotho in early May. I had only four days, before departing home, to plan a small adventure.

After going through six different travel companies I came across Maplanga.

Originally, I was very interested in the 2 days Chobe lodge/2 day Victoria Falls Hotel but after finding out the solo traveller price it was beyond my resources. Megan came up with an alternative trip that worked for me financially and gives me an adventure.

Megan was the only travel professional who worked with me and did not pressure me into doing something I did not want to do. Would you believe, I told a travel agent that Victoria Falls has been on my travel list for 25 years, she told me it was a waste of time.

I am very pleased with the arrangements she has made for me. She did a great job!

We really had a lot of fun, Vic falls was our highlight of our holiday, the falls are really mind blowing and nature at its best.

You booked a holiday to Chobe National Park and Victoria Falls in March and April this year (2015) for my wife and myself. I am just writing a belated thank you for your wonderful organisation - every transfer was on time and every aspect of your planning was faultless.

We thoroughly enjoyed both the Victoria Falls Hotel and associated activities we undertook in Zimbabwe - the Boma Dinner, river cruise and tour of Victoria Falls. Chobe National Park far exceeded our expectations and the accommodation at Muchenje was sensational made even better by our wonderful hosts - Rob and Joy. The trip was a very memorable experience which was all the more enjoyable because of your suggestions, arrangements and efficient organisation.

We had a great trip - all the arrangements were perfect - nobody put a foot wrong!
We loved the hotel - I will be doing a Trip Advisor revue as soon as I get time - and the Luxury Sundowner Cruise on the Zambezi was fantastic
I think the staff in the hospitality industry in South Africa could learn a lot from the Zimbabweans

Just a quick email to let you know we had the most fantastic trip to South Africa and Victoria Falls! All our arrangements went like clockwork and there were no glitches . All in all, the trip exceeded our already high expectations , so thank you for all your hard work. I’ve wanted to come to these places since I was about 6 years old....only took me 58 years, but it was well worth the wait
