Meals and sundowners are taken in the main lodge lapa complex which seems to dangle over the edge of the gorge. From this birds eye view you can see the white river rafters below as they enjoy a days adventure on the river or the numerous bird species which ride the currents in the gorge including the black eagle or rare taita falcon.
The ten individual stone and thatch cottages are set on the edge of the gorge over 800 feet above the Zambezi River: Four double story and six single story comfortable cottages all have their own private bathroom facilities, fans, mini bar and wide private sheltered verandahs where you can sit back and drink in the view.

Extras at Gorges need to be paid in cash (any forex will do but ZAR, Euro's or USD are the most popular) as they do not offer credit card facilities.
Meals: We only offer DBB (dinner, bed & breakfast) packages to Gorges. The lodge is far from another restaurant so where would you have dinner if not at the lodge?
