Mooring: Berthed at Chilila lodge, 10 kms from Binga - Lake Kariba.
Accommodation aboard the Lady Jacqueline: 2 double cabins en suite (shower, toilet and hand basin) Air Conditioned. 1 bunk cabin. 1 cabin with a twin bunk bed Pullman style (2 Beds, one above each other). 1 cabin with 2 sets of bunk beds - Pullman style (4 beds). Separate bathroom (shower, toilet and hand basin). A selection of mattresses for those who wish to sleep on the top deck.
Top deck: Small splash pool. Spacious upper deck with a fitted bar area Sunbathing deck. The air-conditioned saloon has a TV & video as well a CD player and tape deck. A selection of natural history books and novels, videos, CDs, board games, and cards are available.
Fishing and tender boats: 18ft Falcon 85 h.p Optional 2nd tender boat for an additional charge. Lady Jacqueline is fitted with a Navman GPS navigational equipment as well as depth finders. Limited fishing tackle is available for hire from the crew. If you are a keen fisherman, bring your rods, tackle and bait. Kapenta, bait for tiger, can be organised for you from an outlet in Binga.
Crew: Lady Jacqueline’s crew consists of a captain & chef. The crew have their own crew quarters with ablution block.
How to get to the Lady Jacqueline houseboat The easiest way to get to the houseboat is to fly into Victoria Falls and we will arrange a road transfer to Binga for you.
