  PUKU RIDGE                                                 Intimate tented safari camp overlooking the African bushveld within the South Luangwa National Park

Puku Lodge is a small 6 bedded intimate camp within the South Luangwa National Park of Zambia. The lodge is situated on a hillside overlooking a floodplain that is inhabited by Puku, a small antelope from which the lodge takes it's name.

 ACCOMMODATION AT PUKU RIDGE 

Puku Ridge Lodge provides all the sensory luxuries that one could possibly want in the bush. The large tents that blend in with the greenery are beautifully furnished and include a bedroom,lounge area, private deck and an en suite bathroom with the ultimate bush indulgence - a large bath with a view of the surrounding bushveld.

Room configurations can be changed from twin three-quarter beds or kingsize beds to suit guests requirements.

Each tent has mosquito nets over the beds, ceiling fans and a hair dryer. Each morning guests will be treated to tea or coffee that is  brought to their rooms

 GAME ACTIVITIES AT PUKU RIDGE

The wildlife and birdlife in South Luangwa is rich in variety  and can be enjoyed in open game viewing vehcicles accompanied by a qualified guide or on foot.

Guests daily activity routines will be planned with guests each day.

Game drives: Morning and afternoon and  night game drives within the South Luangwa National Park are undertaken with qualified guides in open 4 x 4 game viewing vehicles.

Walking Safaris: The South Luangwa is famous for its walking safaris and guests at Puku can enjoy the thrill of viewing game on foot with a professional guide and an armed game scout
